Responsibilities Manage all leasing inquiries including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and energy Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks Create and distribute engaging marketing materials to drive occupancy Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents Demonstrate highly motivated, high‑energy sales skills with excellent closing ability Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect to deliver a personalized experience Thrive in a professional, performance‑driven, fast‑paced team environment Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience; multi‑family leasing with new construction preferred Skills & Certifications: Strong phone sales and customer service skills Performance‑driven with a growth mindset Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude Excellent attention to detail and follow‑up technique Strong problem‑solving skills and professional demeanor Personable phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly Valid Driver's License required Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly base pay + monthly lease‑up performance bonus + renewal bonuses Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage 401(k) with employer match, $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6% Student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement opportunities Daytime schedule with real career advancement as our Florida portfolio grows Ready to Make Your Mark?
