On-Site Maintenance Manager - Multifamily

RPM Living

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Converse, TX, to coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager, maintaining interior and exterior property standards while adhering to budget. The role requires supervising a maintenance team, managing work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance. You will mentor staff, deliver cost-saving initiatives, and maintain detailed records.
