Dermatology Physician

Ideal Candidate • Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist. • New graduate physicians coming out of residency are welcome. • Seeking General or Aesthetic Dermatologists. • Not currently seeking Mohs Surgeons or Dermatopathologists. • Interested in putting down roots and investing in the community; local ties are a bonus. • Strong connection to the organization's mission and values. Compensation & Schedule • Base: $400,000. • Average total compensation: $550,000+. • Model: Base + uncapped productivity bonus. • Full-time is 4 days/week; some physicians choose 4.5 or 5 days. • Provider has schedule autonomy; typical hours are within 7:00 AM 5:00 PM. • Saturday work is not required. No on-call schedule. Clinical Environment • Standard physician template: 18 patients per 4-hour block; many providers see more. • Typically 2 MAs per provider, with ability to add additional MA support. • Approximately 6 total support staff per provider. • Outpatient dermatology. • EMR: NextGen
