Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. Install and maintain pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components while ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards. Conduct safety and performance tests for each system. Complete detailed service reports. Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after service. Maintain a strong emphasis on customer service, providing clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions. Collect payments and maintain accurate records. Manage truck inventory levels and perform other daily tasks related to the technical aspects of the job.
