Production Operators - All Shifts

Vermont Cider Company is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. We have openings on all shifts at our state-of-the-art facility in Middlebury, VT. 1st Shift Schedule - Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm 2nd Shift Schedule - Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am - Shift differential applies 3rd Shift Schedule- Friday-Sunday, 6:00am to 6:30 pm - Shift differential applies Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the manufacturing cycle Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Assist with setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Document production activities and report any issues or deviations WHAT WE OFFER Competitive pay rate of $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience Additional $2 per hour shift differential for all hours worked on 2nd shift and 3rd shift Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and accidental insurance 401k with employer match Paid time off Paid parental leave Annual bonus plan and more!
