Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will be directly responsible for ensuring the safety of department employees by enforcing safety policies and procedures. This includes ensuring proper Personal Protective Equipment is worn at all times, communicating monthly safety topics, and completing accident or near-miss reports promptly. You will also ensure that all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures are consistently followed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other supervisors in a team approach to maximize total manufacturing output.
• Participate in the development and tracking of departmental budgets and annual manufacturing expense budgets.
• Prepare manpower plans to meet production objectives.
• Work with internal professionals to develop safety, quality, and environmental programs.
• Provide assistance to engineering for timely completion of process improvement projects.
• Manage departmental resources to meet cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Cross-train employees in all aspects of production and provide opportunities for external training.
• Facilitate continuous employee communication through pre-shift and post-shift meetings.
• Ensure employees follow all policies, procedures, and work instructions, including those in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, MOPs, JSAs, and Safety Manual.
• Maintain awareness of individual contributions to quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies.
• Report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production supervision and management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Understanding of continuous improvement processes.

Shift

2nd shift from 1:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with overtime.

This is a Permanent position based out of Red Lion, PA.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Red Lion,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 4, 2026.
