HealthPartners is looking for a Retina Surgeon to join our Ophthalmology team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a Retina Surgeon, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Retina Surgeon or graduating fellow interested in a busy clinical/surgical Retina practice. The position requires board certification/board eligibility. Details regarding this opportunity include:

• Our Eye Care Division includes ophthalmology, optometry and optical services
• Our ophthalmology team includes generalists and subspecialists in cornea, glaucoma, oculoplastics, pediatrics and retina.
• We provide services in 7 locations including Arden Hills, Bloomington, St. Paul (Como and the HealthPartners Specialty Center), St. Louis Park, Woodbury and Amery, WI.
• Specific practice locations to be determined
• Collegial practice environment with a patient centered culture
• In addition to clinical and surgical responsibilities, our Ophthalmologists share paid call coverage at Regions Hospital, HealthPartners nationally recognized Level 1 trauma center in St. Paul.

PAY RANGE STATEMENT: Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on RVU productivity.
