Position: Intern Key Responsibilities: Engage in projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and improving overall efficiency. Work closely with teams in operations, engineering, administration, marketing, and sales to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement. Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the manufacturing environment. Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance. Participate in Kaizen events and lean workshops to drive positive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer across teams. Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in field such as Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, etc. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
