Job Type: Contract - Full Time

Pay: $33 / Hour

Hours: 40.00

Location: Arlington, TX

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse) Home Health provides skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home and accompanies them when indicated to appointments, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice
One year prior professional nursing experience, home care experience preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
