Delivery Driver The pay range for this role is $14.25 to $15.00 per hour. Aaronu2019s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle. + Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise. + Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store. + Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets. Required Qualifications + Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada. + Requires a valid state driveru2019s license and compliance with the Companyu2019s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR). + Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for the positionu2019s location. + Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate. + Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat. Preferred Qualifications + Experience moving household furnishings and appliances. + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to maintain a professional appearance. __ _Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
