Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor Plains Area Mental Health Center has immediate openings for our Clinical Supervisor role. Applicants will be able to choose between Le Mars, Cherokee, Ida Grove, Carroll, Denison, Spirit Lake, or Storm Lake as an office to be based out of. In this role, applicants will be expected to provide clinical and administrative supervision, as well as providing psychotherapeutic services to assigned clients. Pay Range: $87,550 - $94,760 depending on experience Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance PTO – 160 Hours first year with Annual Increases 7 Paid Holidays 401k Retirement Plan – 5% Company Match Life Insurance Short-term and Long-term Disability Approved Sites for NHSC Loan Repayment Continuing Education Funds available after one year Position Summary: Provide both clinical and administrative supervision duties for locations and assigned clinicians. Engages with community members, partnership agencies, schools and other entities as needed to consult on cases, provide education and increase awareness of services and mental health topics. Performs psychotherapy and brief counseling to the clients in an outpatient setting; caseload and direct service a percentage of total time dependent on number of supervisees, administrative, and program needs. Provide emergency services and interventions as needed. Assists in grant writing, quality assurance activity and other administrative duties per assignment of Chief Program Officer. Requirements: Independent licensure (LISW, LMHC, LMFT) and 3 years’ experience to provide supervision for licensure to temporary licensed clinicians Valid Driver’s License and Insurance Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual a plus, but not required Supervision Experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Plains Area Mental Health Center
