Job Summary:
Electrophysiology (EP) Nurse in Brandon, Florida. This role involves working within a dedicated Electrophysiology Lab, supporting procedures such as ablations, device implants, and EP studies. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers an opportunity to work in a specialized unit that values self-starting, positive personalities, and experience with new equipment or technology.

Job Details:

• Location: Brandon, Florida
• Shift Schedule: 10-hour shifts, including both day and night shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, EP Experience, and proficiency in various modalities; candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, and schedule flexibility including every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The unit has 1 electrophysiology lab with a bed capacity for one patient at a time. Staffing includes 3 members: 1 technician and 2 registered nurses, working in a high-tech environment with GE/Carto/Claris EMR systems. The role involves maintaining unit policies and working in a competitive market, with an emphasis on attracting qualified candidates through the units technological advancements and experienced staff.
