Senior Manager, Product Marketing

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing for a Direct Hire with a client in Exton, PA. The ideal candidate will develop compelling market positioning, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement strategies that help sales teams win more business and accelerate deal cycles .

Salary Range: $150K/annum to $160K/annum; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Senior Manager, Product Marketing Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that differentiate solutions in the commercial lending market.
• Create sales enablement materials including battlecards, pitch decks, customer case studies, and competitive intelligence reports.
• Conduct competitive analysis and provide ongoing insights on market trends, competitors, and win/loss patterns to support sales strategy.
• Partner with sales leadership on deal reviews, competitive opportunities, and messaging refinement to improve win rates.
• Define and manage Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and support go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align market messaging, customer insights, and sales enablement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Go-to-Market Strategy, preferably within SaaS, banking, lending, or financial services.
• Proven experience developing positioning and messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement collateral for complex sales cycles.
• Experience partnering with sales and product teams to drive go-to-market initiatives, deal support, and customer-focused market strategies.
