Reports to: Card Services Management Team
Hours: M - F, 10:30 AM - 7 PM; rotating Saturdays 8 AM - 1 PM

We are seeking organized, service-oriented, and friendly people to add to our team to assist our Cards Department. This job includes cracking solutions for our customers regarding their debit cards, satisfying their banking needs, and creating an awesome positive customer experience. Opportunities for pay increases, overtime, and advancement are all available as soon as 30 days into your training period. Don't delay and apply today!

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Answer calls related to debit cards
Troubleshoot card usage errors
Complete debit card maintenance, as needed
Assist with card dispute matters, including dispute filing and/or dispute claim updates
Review reports related to debit card issues

Minimum Requirements

Prior call center experience preferred
Customer service experience
Administrative skills
Phone etiquette and effective communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
