Professional growth is at the forefront of this role. You'll collaborate with approximately 40 skilled clinicians in a modern 467-bed hospital featuring a brand-new 26-bed IRF. The exposure to advanced rehab equipment such as Bioness systems, RT300, and BITS and a state-of-the-art Meditech documentation system will expand your clinical repertoire, while regular team conferences and 1:1 patient ratios foster in-depth learning and multidisciplinary leadership experience.

Schedule:

• Day shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Rotating weekend call (no night shift)

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida
• BLS certification required
• Prior experience in IRF or SNF settings preferred
• Adaptability to high-volume, fast-paced units
• Ability to function independently and contribute to team-based care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy sessions
• Actively participate in team care conferences and interdisciplinary planning
• Complete 1.5-hour treatment sessions tailored to patient needs
• Utilize advanced rehab technologies integrated within patient care
• Maintain thorough electronic documentation using Meditech

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
