RN – Labor & Delivery (Travel | Nights | 13 Weeks)

We're seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN with strong clinical judgment who thrives in a collaborative, high-acuity environment.

Requirements

• Active California RN License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• NRP Certification
• AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or Advanced) – Required
• Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive maternal and fetal assessments throughout labor and delivery.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Monitor labor progression, maternal status, and fetal well-being.
• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care for routine and high-risk obstetric patients.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the childbirth experience.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and families while delivering safe, high-quality care.
• Accurately document patient care and coordinate care across the healthcare team.
