Serve as the primary point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors. Coordinate meetings, events, programs, and school communications. Maintain student records and other confidential information. Support student health, attendance, registration, and office services. Assist with budgets, purchasing, inventory, and financial recordkeeping. Coordinate volunteers, student aides, and office support functions. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Position Details & Benefits This is a full‑time position (8 hours per day) that requires flexibility in supporting the changing needs of students, families, and staff throughout the school day. The hourly rate is $21.28 – $27.43 (Column N of the 2025‑26 Classified Wage Schedule). What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED. Three years of progressively responsible administrative, secretarial, or office support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
