Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs with professionalism.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Stay informed on Volvo products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Conduct engaging test drives to showcase vehicle features.
• Explain pricing, promotions, and financing options clearly.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve sales goals.
• Highlight Volvo’s innovative features, performance, and safety technologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive sales or similar customer-facing roles preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete Volvo training and certification programs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving.
• Passion for vehicles and knowledge of Volvo’s brand values.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the showroom/lot for extended periods.
• Comfortable driving and demonstrating vehicles during test drives.
