To support a member-focused environment, the full-time Texas Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will assist members via inbound calls, providing personalized solutions and recommending products while working remotely in Texas. Key responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset Required qualifications: Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must reside within the State of Texas Spanish fluency is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
