Einstein Bros. Bagels – Shift Leader Einstein Bros. Bagels, a leading bagel bakery operating since 1995, is looking for a Shift Leader to manage day‑to‑day operations, motivate staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences. Shift Leader Responsibilities Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to take charge, set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach team members, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. The Shift Leader ensures that quality of food and beverages is maintained and that the store environment remains safe and clean.
