The Gallery Tampa Grand Opening The Experience Senior Living team is excited to announce the upcoming grand opening of The Gallery Tampa, with our first resident move-ins anticipated in October 2026! We're beginning the search for exceptional team members who are passionate about hospitality, service, and creating an extraordinary resident experience from day one. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching one of the premier luxury senior living communities in the Tampa market. While we are posting positions now, we are approximately a month away from making hiring decisions for many of these roles. During this time, we will be reviewing applications, conducting initial phone interviews, and beginning the interview process so we're ready to build our opening team at the appropriate time. We appreciate your interest, excitement, and patience throughout this process, and we look forward to getting to know you! We are looking for Care Partners to join our amazing team! Responsibilities: Assist residents with their personal care and activities of daily living as assigned and as requested by residents and in accordance with the service plan. Perform daily housekeeping tasks as assigned using established procedures and standards. Perform laundry duties as assigned. Review and participate in 24 Hour Reports, shift change reports and verbal reports as needed. Assist residents to and from scheduled life enrichment programs. Promote personal choices, independence and spiritual needs as needed Provides verbal encouragement and support to residents. Prioritizes tasks to ensure optimum services to residents as requests and needs change. Communicate to the Director of Health & Wellness when a resident's needs have changed. Communicate to other departments as residents' needs arise during the shift. Respond to resident pendant/wearable calls in a timely manner Ensure compliance with new resident care needs. Assure that established infection control practices are maintained Report all accidents and incidents as soon as possible to supervisor, no matter how minor Maintain the confidentiality of residents' personal care information Honor the residents' personal and property rights Be knowledgeable and prepared for emergency situations including disasters, fire, and other emergencies.
