Grow Into Leadership.We're hiring a dependable professional who enjoys helping customers, learning new products, and taking ownership of their work.This is a customer-facing sales and keyholder role. You will help customers find the right solutions, build expertise in our specialty products and services, and support opening, closing, and daily store operations.At Batteries Plus, sales is based on knowledge, trust, and honest advice-not pressure or gimmicks. We provide paid training, but we're looking for someone who already demonstrates reliability, maturity, and follow-through.As a locally owned, multi-location business, we provide strong operational support and direct access to local leadership.What You'll DoHelp customers, ask the right questions, and recommend useful products and servicesBuild expertise in batteries, automotive key programming, device repair, lighting, and other solutionsPerform light technical services such as battery testing, installations, and key fob battery replacement as trainedWork with Repair Technicians and keep customers informed throughout the service processOwn the customer experience from greeting through checkoutHelp maintain inventory accuracy, store standards, and daily operationsPerform opening, closing, and keyholder dutiesSupport team sales goals and a dependable store cultureThis is primarily a customer-facing sales role, not a bench-repair position.Pay & Earning PotentialOn-Target Earnings: $19.00–$23.00 per hourIncludes hourly pay, weekend premium, and sales incentivesTop performers may earn above the listed rangePaid training during your first three monthsOpportunities to increase earnings and grow into leadershipWho This Role Is a Good Fit ForThis role may be a good fit if you:Have a steady and dependable work recordTake ownership and follow throughEnjoy helping customers and solving problemsAre ready to learn technical products and sales skillsAre comfortable with store access and keyholder responsibilitiesWant stable full-time work with room to growSales experience can help, but it is not the only path to success.
