To support a growing Commercial Lines Underwriting team, the full-time Underwriter I will underwrite new business submissions, oversee territory growth and profitability, and collaborate with internal and external partners, with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Key Responsibilities Underwrite new business submissions, renewals, and endorsements Oversee growth and profitability of an underwriting territory Collaborate with sales, claims, loss control, and agency partners Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial multi-line underwriting Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field Completion of a certificate in General Insurance and Associate in Underwriting program Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to mentor and support team development
