We’re growing fast and looking for a Global Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and play a key role in building and scaling our global field marketing strategy, driving impactful programs that generate pipeline and strengthen our market presence. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, external partners, and leadership to plan and execute global initiatives that engage our customers and prospects. Responsibilities Own and execute OX’s global field marketing strategy, including events, conferences, executive experiences, and regional marketing initiatives. Lead the end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of global events aligned with business goals and pipeline objectives. Partner closely with Sales teams to create impactful programs that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue opportunities. Develop and manage lead capture processes, ensuring accurate tracking, follow‑up, and visibility into event-generated pipeline. Monitor, analyze, and report on event performance, ROI, lead conversion, and key metrics to continuously improve future initiatives. Bring creative ideas to event experiences and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and engage target audiences. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences globally. Help scale field marketing processes, best practices, and programs as OX continues to grow. Requirements 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles. Proven experience planning and executing global events and marketing programs from strategy to execution. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, lead generation, pipeline creation, and sales alignment. Experience working closely with Sales teams and managing cross-functional initiatives. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for building memorable experiences. Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze results and optimize future programs.
