Location: Novi, MI

Start Date: ASAP or upon agreement

Shift: Standard clinical hours, no night shifts

License/Certs: Michigan RN license, ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certification

Experience: No recent graduate or lapsed certification candidates; prior anesthesia experience required

What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in collaboration with physicians
• Monitor patients during procedures, managing anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management across all patient ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Manage airway and ensure patient safety during anesthesia procedures
• Travel to various outpatient and ambulatory care sites as needed
• Participate in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment covering specialties such as orthopedics, plastics, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, and more

What You Need

• Valid Michigan RN license; CRNA certification with no lapses
• ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications
• Minimum of 2 years anesthesia experience supported by relevant credentials
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to travel between sites and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
