Logistics and customer service specialist

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented International Logistics & Customer Service Specialist to manage high-volume export shipping documentation and order processing. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring seamless communication between internal teams, warehouses, freight forwarders, and international clients. Required Qualifications & Skills

• International Shipping Expertise: Proven experience handling export documentation, navigating country-specific regulations, and a working knowledge of Incoterms.
• Fast-Paced Execution: Ability to thrive and remain highly organized in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).
• Systems Experience: Prior experience with ERP order entry systems (experience with SAP is a major plus).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative mindset.

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

Process international customer orders, from entry to invoicing.


Prepare and manage high-volume export shipping documentation and international logistics requirements..


Handle heavy email and phone correspondence.


Collaborate seamlessly with warehouses, freight forwarders, clients, and internal sales teams.
