Diabetes Educator RN — Empower Patients & Teams

Saint Luke's

Saint Luke’s Health System in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Diabetes Educator RN to join the team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with responsibilities to educate patients on diabetes self-management and medication use, in collaboration with the primary care team. Licensure in MO and KS is required, with CDCES due within two years of hire. The educator will assess learning needs, plan and implement education for patients and staff, and support quality patient care in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Saint Luke's
