Title: Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Olathe, KS 66061 Requisition Number: 228412 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Benefits Comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
