About the role As an Executive Recruiter at LHH Recruitment Solutions, you will manage the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for mid‑to‑senior‑level professional roles for a variety of clients, focusing on both client and candidate engagement. Responsibilities Execute the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior‑level professional roles. Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. Interview candidates, assess fit, and match them with appropriate organizations. Maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring high quality of candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team‑player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy and interested in learning new technology. Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed. Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Friendly competitive spirit with a winning mentality. Ability to work in a remote or hybrid work environment.
