Supervisory Mission Support Specialist

As a Supervisory Mission Support Specialist, you will perform the following duties:

• Evaluate the performance of mission support activities responsible for planning, managing, and/or evaluating all administrative functions (e.g., budget, procurement, human resources, property, fleet, etc.) within the field office.
• Provide guidance to personnel at all levels of complex administrative matters.
• Analyze workflow throughout the organization to identify need for process improvement measures.
• Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates based on capabilities commensurate with mission requirements.
• Coordinate interagency solutions on issues, programs, policies, or processes in relation to the administrative functions of the organization.
