This is a fast paced, customer focused role where you’ll spend your day answering phone calls, responding to emails and text messages, assisting customers with their accounts, scheduling services, and working closely with our Operations and Sales teams. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver the level of service that sets Lawn Doctor apart.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers with professionalism and care.

• Assist customers with scheduling, account updates, billing questions, and service requests.

• Resolve customer concerns by listening, identifying solutions, and following through to completion.

• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions within our CRM.

• Support customer retention by building positive relationships and providing exceptional service.

• Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Assist with administrative tasks and office operations as needed.

• Recommend additional Lawn Doctor services when appropriate based on customer needs.

What You’ll Bring

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone, through text messages, and by email.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Confidence using computers and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.

• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with a team.

• Reliability, professionalism, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, office administration, or a customer facing role is preferred.

• Experience using CRM software is a plus.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
