About the Role

The District Manager will oversee multiple restaurant locations, driving sales growth, operational excellence, and team performance across the market. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively lead from a distance while building strong, accountable teams at the restaurant level.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and overall market performance
• Lead, coach, and support restaurant leadership teams remotely
• Develop and mentor high-potential leaders
• Improve retention of management staff and build strong bench strength
• Ensure operational consistency and execution across multiple locations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant or QSR industry
• Proven track record of delivering results and driving performance

Compensation
