Immediate need for a talented QA Specialist with experience in the Banking & Financial Industry. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in QA Specialist, VA. Please review the job description below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary role is Quality Control and Coordination and not hands on testing. Candidate needs to provide recommendations to other groups about their testing practice.
• Capturing test data of other teams
• Test Strategy
• Traceability
• Performance Testing
• Unit Testing
• Functional Testing.
• Well Versed in Testing Practices.
• Reach out to the teams and send introductions about the qe scorecard and the testing data we are working to collect.
• We ask them a series of questions about their testing practices and ask for the information along with the evidence.
• We bounce that up against the standard requirements and draft a "Scorecard ".
• We share this scorecard with them and it is very likely to have some recommendations to close out gaps if they are not performing all of the testing expectations.
• At least 10 years of experience in Testing.
• Good Communication Skill - written and verbal as Communication should go back to the team along with leadership.
• The job requires a lot of follow-up with teams.
• This job requires someone who can ask targeted questions about their testing practices and offer them suggestions or resources to get to the next level.
