Compensation Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr Commission: $15 per customer you bring into the dealership $20 per customer that buys After 90 days: $25 per Show and $25 per Sold Earnings typically align with the national BDC average of $38,000-$55,000+ annually, depending on performance.
