Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Landings of Albemarle & Edenton House, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Hertford & Edenton, NC!

Setting: Senior Living

Schedule: Monday-Friday. No weekend or holidays!

Hourly rate: (Part-Time $50) & (PRN $55)

Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications: Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Experience: 0-1 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
