Overview

As a  Device Cleaning Associate , you will play a vital role in ensuring that our devices are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help enhance the user experience and prolong the life of our products. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and product quality.

What you’ll do

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of various electronic Apple devices, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• Inspect devices for any damage or wear, documenting findings for further action.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques tailored for different device types.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is in good condition.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline cleaning processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow established protocols for handling devices safely and securely during the cleaning process.

Basic qualifications

• Very strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, particularly with electronic devices.
