MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience Minimum of ten (10) years of combined experience in Information and Operational Technology Minimum of five (5) years of executive or senior management experience leading technology department operations Minimum of five (5) years of experience supervising professional or technical staff, including performance evaluations, team development and operational planning Demonstrated experience developing and administering departmental operating and capital budgets Experience leading technology strategy, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and transformational initiatives. Preferred experience in utilities or similarly complex service delivery organization of similar or greater size. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field required. An equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible executive-level experience may be considered. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, Information Systems or a closely related field preferred.
