Physical Therapist – Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists Location: Saline Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $75,000- $90,000 Bonuses: Sign-on and Profit Sharing Position Overview We have an immediate opening for a staff Physical Therapist at our Saline clinic, and are looking for professionals who are passionate about patient care, committed to continuous growth, and eager to develop expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation. Opportunities 12-24 month structured New Grad Mentorship Program paired with an experienced mentor. Weekly one‑on‑one coaching and feedback. Leadership Development and Mentorship program to develop clinicians into leadership roles, including Directorship and Clinical Instructor training. Individualized program plans guiding clinicians through career pathways. Weekly meetings with regional leaders to develop operational skills. Business and strategic development, financial planning, marketing, growth, mentorship training, and staff leadership. Qualifications Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing, with active CPR certification. Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including EMR platforms, database applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
