Responsibilities Oversee food and nutrition services in our Dennet Rehab & Mountain City facilities Work closely with the Food and Nutrition Services Manager and clinical staff to ensure seamless delivery of services Conduct assessments and care plans for resident nutritional needs and develop individualized plans Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address resident nutritional needs Develop and implement nutrition programs and services to improve resident outcomes Monitor and evaluate food and nutrition services to ensure compliance with regulations and standards Delegate responsibilities to the Director of Food and Nutrition Services as needed Requirements Bachelor's (or master's) degree from a regionally accredited college or university with successful completion of a nationally accredited program in nutrition or dietetics Completion of at least 900 hours of dietetics practice supervised by a registered dietitian or nutrition professional Licensure or certification as a registered dietitian or nutrition professional Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines What We Offer Competitive compensation package, including a salary of $40/hour for 32 hours/week Opportunities for professional growth and development Stability and a supportive work environment Cooperative time off policy Equal Employment Opportunity, regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws #J-18808-Ljbffr Naya Healthcare
