Compensation: $13-15/hour

Schedule:  Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

About the Opportunity:

This is an entry-level role requiring minimal prior experience or training. Performs basic, repetitive tasks in warehouse and logistics operations-such as material handling, order picking, packing, and labeling-under close supervision and with clearly defined procedures. Develops foundational skills to support inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse upkeep. Understands how individual tasks contribute to team workflows and is accountable for the quality and accuracy of their own work. Solves straightforward problems using established procedures, with limited discretion. Participates in continuous improvement efforts and uses basic communication skills to coordinate with team members.

What You'll Do:

• Perform a variety of tasks to help maintain accurate inventory levels for materials, tooling, and supplies, under close supervision.
• Handle and manage stock, including chemical storage, using established procedures.
• Prepare outbound shipments and complete documentation accurately.
• Route incoming materials and verify shipment accuracy.
• Maintain computerized inventory records and assist with audits and cycle counts.
• Support operations planning by tracking inventory and material identifiers.
• Package finished goods and assemblies for shipment.
• Coordinate preparation of components, tooling, and documentation for production release.
• Ensure prompt return of excess materials, components, and tooling to inventory.
• Perform minor assembly tasks, machine setups, and inspections as needed.
• Solve routine problems using established procedures and escalate when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Demonstrate accountability for individual contributions and support team goals.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift certification required (this position operates a forklift)

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Regulated industry experience
• Warehouse experience is desirable
• Understanding of manufacturing operations in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred  
• Understanding of inventory practices
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels, which can occasionally be loud.
• Must possess a valid driver's license (if required to drive a company vehicle)

Additional Information:

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Depending on site/country regulations, additional certifications may be required.
