Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Schedule : Seven days a week, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.    

Location/Setting: Milton/Home  

Age Range : 5  

Acuity: CPAP at night

Schedule : Seven days a week, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.  Days and evening shifts available starting in November   

Location/Setting: Watsontown/Home  

Age Range : 9  

Acuity: Trach/vent

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
