Project Manager

The Project Manager directs daily activities of various construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include scheduling, ordering materials, allocating equipment, working directly with prime/sub-contractors, running interference with various agency employees (project engineers, project inspectors, etc.), reading/understanding construction specifications, and comprehension of WA L&I, OSHA/legislative regulations. Successful Project Managers exemplify organizational and time-management skills. Job Duties Determine needed resources (labor, equipment, materials, etc.) from start to finish with high attention to budgetary limitations Evaluate progress of project.
