Physical Therapist (PT)

Overview At Powerback, we are on a mission to improve lives. We provide physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies for older adults and children. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy services in a facility setting. Collaborate with peers to coordinate referrals and comprehensive care. Train patients and caregivers on exercises and self‑management skills. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of progress. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive experience. Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as a U.S. equivalent.
