Performance-based raises Advancement opportunities Flexible start times Stable company with long-term employees 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental & Life Insurance PTO + 10 Paid Holidays What You'll Do MIG, TIG, Pulse & Flux Core welding Read blueprints and weld drawings Fabricate and fit custom parts and pressure vessels Work with carbon and stainless steel Perform quality inspections Build custom engineered-to-order products What We're Looking For 3+ years of welding experience MIG, TIG, Pulse, and/or Flux Core experience Blueprint reading ability Fabrication and fitting experience Carbon steel experience required Strong attention to detail High School Diploma or GED Work Environment Clean, modern facility Heated in winter and ventilated year-round Dedicated welding stations Team-oriented culture Independent project work Strong leadership and long-term stability Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lockport, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
