Landscape Designer (Play Environments, Public Spaces & Vertical Gardens) Are you an experienced landscape designer dedicated to sustainable solutions? As experts in vertical gardens and living walls, we have a growing need for a landscape designer proficient in play structures and public spaces to join our team. Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications in landscape architecture, design experience, and a driver’s license. Experience Vertical gardens, living walls, or green infrastructure project design Landscape architecture within a professional setting Proficiency in AutoCAD with a willingness to learn new software (Revit, Lumion, InDesign, Photoshop, and GIS tools) Qualifications Tertiary qualification in landscape architecture (BBE) or equivalent, recognised by AILA (preferred, not essential). Driver’s license Responsibilities Design and develop sustainable vertical gardens, living walls, and nature-based outdoor spaces Create innovative, site-responsive concepts for playgrounds, public spaces, and green infrastructure projects Conduct site analysis to assess environmental conditions for climate-resilient and low-maintenance solutions Prepare technical drawings, construction documentation, and project plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, InDesign, and other industry tools Produce high-quality visualisations, renders, and digital imagery using Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other visualisation software Assist project leads in key areas, including developing cost estimates, problem-solving design challenges and coordinating stakeholders such as clients, subcontractors and government or industry bodies Keen to work for Ecovolve?
