Termite Technician

Our mission is to "protect people, enhance lives, and preserve the planet." Responsibilities Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps. Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines. Apply anti‑termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions. Communicate critical conditions to the customer and discuss procedures and structural modifications. Verify job specifications are appropriate for each work order. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment. Complete production forms documenting services provided. Interact with customers and explain services provided. Essential Functions Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations. Prepare the job site for treatment. Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders. Work 20 feet up on a ladder and in small confined spaces. General laborer, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter, and attic experience is a plus. Ability to work on roofs and high areas. Full use of PPE, such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator, while working in confined spaces. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company vehicle and gas card. At least 1 year of customer service or experience in termite control. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Flexible with working hours, Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed. Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us). Basic math skills—add, subtract, multiply, divide, and follow mixing instructions on product labels.
