Registered Nurse (RN) – Las Cruces, NM Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) in Las Cruces, NM and surrounding areas. Qualifications Active RN license (New grads welcome, training provided) Provide care in a client home setting Ability to make a positive and lasting impression Job Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
