Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our wealth management operations, including trading, research projects, and investment planning. Key Responsibilities Trading: Assist in the execution of trades across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. Monitor market trends and provide timely insights to the sales team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal trading policies. Maintain accurate records of all trading activities and generate relevant reports. Research Projects: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, economic indicators, and investment opportunities. Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations for internal and external account holders. Collaborate with senior advisors to develop investment strategies. Utilize financial models and databases to support research initiatives. Investment Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of personalized investment plans for clients. Analyze clients’ financial situations, including income, expenses, and investments. Provide recommendations on asset allocation, retirement planning, tax strategies, and risk management. Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetings. Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of client presentations and review materials. Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a financial services or wealth management role. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and use of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry. Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) examinations or must be obtained within 6 months from hire date.
