We are seeking to hire an on‑site (full‑time) Certified Prosthetist Orthotist to join our clinic in a role that will grow your career. The position is in a fully operational fabrication facility, working with a talented team that prioritizes high‑level patient care. Key Responsibilities Independently conduct comprehensive patient evaluations. Lead treatment planning for moderate‑complexity cases. Collaborate with the fabrication team on custom designs. Execute precise fittings and iterative adjustments. Document clinical activity accurately in Nymbl. Provide detailed patient education on device use. Maintain rigorous documentation practices. Support peers with clinical insight and training. Engage in referral development and local outreach. Competency Areas Advanced clinical decision‑making Interdisciplinary collaboration Time management Fabrication planning oversight Peer mentorship Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Patient satisfaction score above 90% 90% of clinical documentation completed within 48 hours Auth Complete to Delivery average: 21* Qualifications Master’s degree in P&O (or grandfathered Bachelor’s) ABC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist 3–5 years of clinical experience Must be available during clinic operating hours and uphold policies with professionalism and fairness. Strong patient‑first mindset and commitment to service Servant leadership style with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach Team player & collaborative High level of integrity and ethical conduct Results driven, growth‑oriented and organized Analytical problem‑solver with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Compensation The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $99,414 – $127,507.48 + bonus + benefits.
