Salary: $105,000-$110,000 + Bonus Opportunity

Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) RN to lead our nursing department in a well-established, 40-bed skilled nursing facility.

Located in the beautiful village of Moravia, our facility offers a small, home-like environment where leadership can make a meaningful impact. We maintain a stable census, strong survey history, and an experienced clinical support team, including a Unit Manager/ADON.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff

• Oversee daily clinical operations

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, Medicare, and facility regulations

• Maintain high standards of resident care and clinical outcomes

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning

• Support staff development and retention

• Promote resident rights and quality care

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care leadership experience required

• MDS experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical operations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
